Dear Friends of SYAMF: I hope this message finds you well. As many of you may know, Sherman Clay in downtown Seattle has a long history of supporting the arts in WA. We feel SYAMF provides meaningful and tangible experiences for young artists to develop and flourish. This is essential to perpetuate mature artistic expression in the NW. In the spirit of continuing outreach, I am delighted to announce that throughout the SYAMF season (through May 2009), Sherman Clay in downtown Seattle will be donating to SYAMFA a portion of the proceeds from any piano purchased by a SYAMF participant or friend! Our hope is to provide additional opportunities for the festival's exposure and to enable growth. If you or anyone you know may be considering the purchase of a quality new or used piano at this time, I would be very grateful if you would consider participating in this outreach. If you have any questions at all, or if you would like any information about our pianos or who we are, it would be wonderful to hear from you. Please bring a copy of this letter with you when you visit the showroom so that we can track our donations accurately.
